Business Development & Licensing
Our “Electricity From Water” discovery is a game changer. Not only versus fossil fuels, but also versus all other more capital intensive renewable sources of generating electric power, sources like solar, wind, waves, and tidal.

Lower Cost Than Other Know-hows
Due to the low capital cost of our know-how and escalating electricity prices stemming from subsidization of solar and wind technologies, it is clear that entrepreneurial firms can seek to originate a business in Building, Owning and Operating highly profitable electric power assets.
We believe our use of water in its various states can be developed into commercial power applications and we intend to pursue their utilization in power plants of all useful scales.

This will be done through restricted licensing, and joint ventures for scale-up engineering while generating further valuable new intellectual property.
We also intend to license to power producers and power users world wide in all fields of power production and use. This will be done by negotiating restricted licenses on a royalty basis and joint ventures.
Non-exclusively licensing can be envisaged on a fixed royalty payment basis per kilowatt hour of electricity generated. Avoided fuel costs that run into billions of dollars per year are a key attraction for utilities and independent power producers.
The opportunity exists for participation by engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms that design and construct power plants as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). We plan to license and joint venture with EPC firms and OEMs on a sales-royalty basis.

Containerized Modules - Low Installation Costs
Power producers contracting for turn-key plants can have the option of purchasing, plant design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance services and equipment provided by the EPC firms and OEMs and us receiving a steady revenue stream from power generation as well as royalty revenue on related plant procurement.
We intend to remain the owner of the key power and related technologies, and to maintain strategic position by intellectual-property (IP) grant backs, contracted development with EPC firms and OEMs, and by licensing.
Comparative Scarcity and Value of Our Know-how
Today’s global electricity market is growing rapidly, and is vastly different, customers needs have changed, but mainstream fuel burning technologies that are very capital intensive have not.

Renewable Electricity Market Trends
The U.S. is only 23% of the world market for Electricity. Globally the retail electricity sales market is $576 Billion each year, or $0.6 Trillion.
Organic population growth world wide is what drives electricity demand. Electricity demand will double world wide by 2050 to about $1.2 Trillion. In certain countries, rates of growth are accelerated. For example, in Brazil it has been estimated that $1 Trillion needs to be spent on new electricity infrastructure by 2030 to keep pace with rising demand.
The critical point in realization of the solution in the world at large will be the actual reaching of agreement between us and business interests in making licensing and joint venture agreements. We are keen to complete these processes as quickly as possible.

The RE
Business Development
The business process for commercializing this breakthrough technology is well described by Bill Weihl, Google’s Green Energy Czar. In this video he talks precisely to Reuters about the entire innovation pipeline and this commercial process including “what they do” with a new breakthrough technological opportunity:
In summary a technology acquirer typical of Google’s Silicon Valley mindset:
1. Does the work to evaluate new opportunities
2. Does the work to “really” engineer it
3. Does the work to build a company around it
Our know-how is obviously an extremely scarce and hence valuable technological asset – the breakthrough for generating low cost electricity at a capital cost cheaper than coal and other renewable energy technologies.
